Once upon a time when Austin had a more rural flare, this substantial steel building was used by local equestrians to ride and train their noble steeds out of the weather. Being a horse person myself, the remodel of this steel building to a commercial use was a challenge to my spirit. The remodel consisted of installing racks for all carpet, flooring, and other supplies for a flooring company that supplies Lowes and Home Depot.
